Showcase your work at the Lung Cancer Europe Conference 2027

Lung Cancer Europe members are doing important work across Europe, and our 2027 Conference in Warsaw is an opportunity to share it with each other.

We are inviting member organisations to prepare a poster showcasing a recent project, initiative or achievement that they would like other conference participants to know about.

This could be an advocacy initiative, a new service or resource, a campaign, community support, research involvement or another piece of work that has made a difference to your organisation or the people you support.

Three awards available

We can now confirm that three awards will be made as part of the poster showcase:

The awards are intended to recognise organisations demonstrating strong value through their advocacy or work supporting people affected by lung cancer.

Importantly, the funding is not simply a prize for the poster itself. It is intended to help the organisations receiving the awards continue the initiative they have presented or support something new.

How to take part

You can submit one poster or several.

Posters should:

• be in English

• use the Lung Cancer Europe poster template provided

• be prepared in A0 format

• be submitted as a PowerPoint file

Lung Cancer Europe will review submissions, contact organisations if we have any questions and arrange the printing of selected posters.

We would ideally like someone from your organisation to attend the conference and talk about your work, but attendance is not required to submit a poster.

Deadline

Please send your completed PowerPoint file to Chloé Revuz at chloe.revuz.ext@lungcancereurope.eu by the end of 12 February 2027.

The posters will be showcased at the Lung Cancer Europe Conference, 14 and 15 April 2027 at The Westin Warsaw, Poland.
